Three tries to get a timing belt replaced
ALL IN THE WRIST AUTO IN ALBUQUERQUE I made an appointment to have the 100,000 mile service done and the timing belt replaced. A few days prior, they called and said they did not have the parts, could I wait a week? Fine. I took my car in on the appointed day, well before they opened (at 9:00 am!) At 4:00 pm, they called to tell me they weren't able to get to my car because of "emergenices." I stupidly took it back the following day and by 2:00 p.m., they didn't have the timing belt done and said it would be 6:00 pm. before they got the rest of the stuff done, leaving me stuck at work with no car on a Friday night. I try to support local independent businesses and those run by women, but these women are a bunch of amateurs who clearly don't need MY business. NEVER AGAIN>
