All Green Carpet Cleaning

They call 4 times a day every day. It's been 4 months now. I'm on the do not call list but they don't seem to care.

All Green Cleaned my carpet today..., HORRIBLE HORRIBLE JOB. I cleaned it myself with my own shampooer after he left .

The water I sucked up was brown... see pic’s

He wanted more money then I was quoted on the phone. I said no.

He said he’d do basic clean... He did nothing look at the water

HORRIBLE! They sound so nice and accommodating on the phone but the people that own and run the branch I used in Long Beach, NY are horrible!!! I had them clean carpets and couches. They are completely unprofessional, ill equipped, and hard to communicate with. I do not often write reviews and have never written a negative review but I feel these people need to be exposed. Some issues listed below:

1. The technician did not speak English, although he repeatedly tried to tell me he spoke good English in extremely broken terms. All I could really make out was that the price was going to double. When I finally called the office to help me communicate with him, he got annoyed at me for involving them. Everyone tried telling me that I was paying the cheap steam cleaning price for the expensive deep cleaning service. Now I have to pay another company to clean everything again anyway!

2. The technician did not wear covers on his feet, although I was told he would bring covers upon my request. He expected me to provide him with bags. He trailed dirty and wet foot prints all over my house!

3. There was a puddle of water left everywhere the machine was, all around the couches on wood floors, and trailed throughout the path to the shower where he filled his bucket. He expected me to have towels to clean up the messes and had no intention of helping me clean them up.

4. The backs of the couches were not cleaned. He left the cushions piled on top of each other while still wet. He said they would dry in 6 hours. They took more than 12!

5. The carpets were saturated and I had to call another company to provide a blower to help them dry, which took 2 days! He missed spots all over the place as well.

6. The only thing they offer is to redo the job, which I refused since I have NO faith in them at all. They will not return my money or calls.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Especially the people that service Long Beach, NY.

We have a lovely oriental rug. Our 6 pound maltipoo started using one side of it to have the occasional accident. We used Nature's Miracle which worked great but we thought we should get it professionally cleaned. Big Mistake!!

We told the guy exactly what the issue was. He raved about how great it would be...how it would get softer and brighter.

The rug was returned today. The area where she had accidents was disgusting...all the colors blurred and muddy. And the whole room smells of chemicals. The guy insisted there was no smell ...crawling around the carpet smelling it. But the smell permeated the whole room. He tried to say that was just the way wool smells!!

He blamed the discolored and ugly part of the rug on us...saying it was caused by urine and chemicals. Well he knew that was there going in and never said anything. And it looks so much worse than when we sent it in. We are considering a lawyer. And we are going to throw out the rug after spending 500 dollars to get it cleaned. Oh right that's another thing...he kept talking us into more and more expensive cleaning. They quoted 180 dollars. Then told us to add more for special urine cleaning. Then a special pad to protect our floors.

Buyer Beware!!!

This company called 20+ times this afternoon, each time with a different spoofed local phone number. I ignored the first 10 calls but they just kept calling and calling, so eventually I picked up and got a robocall message about a carpet cleaning special.

When I pressed 1 to reach a human, the person said it was the All Green Carpet Cleaning company. They said they would not call again, but as soon as I hung up the phone rang again, and again, and again. So I pressed 1 again and asked where they were located, but they gave me a different address from the first time. The first time they said the address was 395 Mystic St in Arlington MA.

The second time they said it was on Main St in Manchester MA.

While I was talking to them to get this information, I received 2 more calls from them. I am on the do not call list, but they just keep calling.

This is for the devices provided in the Miami area.

The carpet only had stains from shoes, only that. They use a 220 voltage machine in a 110 voltage area. The machine took a while to turn on and heard them saying it wasn’t performing at its max. They took less than 10 minutes to clean the carpet and when told by me about the stains still being there I was told to wait till it dries and it would be gone.

I took pictures after it dried and contacted them via phone and email.

I did the general cleaning and shampoo cleaning and simple dirt did not come off.

After dealing with them over the phone as they did not reply to my email, they said they couldn’t do anything even though they see the pictures I sent to them.

They did not apologize or offer to come back and clean it again. Instead, they said I had to pay again and they could not guarantee the stains would come off.

I used a wet towel and a scrub and wow, it works better than their machine.

Don’t use them, they are a scam.

They also ask you to sign their paperwork’s saying you are satisfied with their services before the services are provided or they can’t proceeed to cleaning the carpet.

Also, last signature on the receipt is not even mine.

I refused to sign it.

They refused to coma back and clean it again or to issue a refund. Now my building is charging me a carpet cleaning fee on top of having paid these scammers. They advertise one price over the phone and try to charge you more when they arrive. Once you tell them no, and ask them to leave. They tell you you have to pay 30 bucks or they call the cops on you. Don’t use them, really.

I have abosultely no clue how this company have 5 stars. This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with.

I made the appointment 10 days before and for 10 days I have called 15 times (not joking) asking for their insurance policy and workers compensation paperwork which was needed by the board in order to reserve the elevator for their equipment. I was put on hold for an hour one time and half hour each and every time. Each time they told me they would send it in 15-20 min and never did. I even had them sending it to me directly since they would lie and say they sent it to the board when they didn’t.

I called 5 times in 1 day because they kept lying saying 15-20 minutes. Finally I called another company and got what i needed same day and cancelled with this company. The workers are incompetent. They do not know how to do their jobs.

Their billing department is incompetent since that’s the department they were waiting on for the pperwork.

I have never dealt with such bad customer service in my life. I will Never use them ever ever ever.

In the past weeks I have received at least ten calls idenitified as various Verizon phone numbers. Obviously a spoofed number.

They all tell me that they have a special carpet cleaning deal in my area. I try to call back the number and it is not Verizon it is a fake number. But when I hit 1 to show interest a person answers. They want me sign up for carpet cleaning.

I tell them I have hard wood lfloors so I don't need carpet cleaning. I ask them to take my name of the list and they say they will. Then keep calling me back. I told them I am on the do not call list.

I still gets calls they won't stop. Now that I know who they are I

am going to call the FTC and the better business bureau and see if I can shut them down.

I am on the do not call list yet I get constant calls purporting to be from legitimate businesses. I hardly answer my phone any more.

At 7:01pm I received a call from the plant down the road. Thinking tha thre might be a problem I answered.

I was told that it was All Green Carpet cleaning. in Gaithersburg. They hung up when I asked them why they were using a false I.D.

I may be mistaken but I believe this is a Federal Crime.

Any busi8ness that is willing to deceive you before they even speak to you is a business I intend to avoid.

In addition I intend to contact the F.C.C. and make a report. I will file a complaint if possible. I urge everyone to keep track of all such calls and report them.

I the Federal Government passes a law they should be prepared to enforce it. To do so they need our help and information.

I was quoted a price of $133.00 for 3 bedrooms - 2 hallways and 13 steps when order was placed. Technician came out today looked around and then stated that all they could do for price that was quoted was just clean carpet but no stains could be removed.

For stain removal there would be an additional fee of $288.00 that was not acceptable to me and then tech said they could play recording of original conversation and if it was not explained to me correctly then they would do job for original fee, Of course I never heard recording it could not be found at that time.

When they were leaving I asked for their names and they kept walking got in their vehicle which has New York tags and sped away. Please Please Please do not use this company

worst company ever - did not clean up stains. they scheduled me for a redo - never showed up. scheduled again - they called to reschedule the night before and won't refund.

will let everyone on my social media know not to use. also, a typical "bait and switch" one quote over the phone and immediately tries to upgrade when at house. customer service is non existent. made me feel like I was the one with the problem - total lack of accountability.

$269 for one room and staircase and puppy stains still on carpet.

On Friday, I had All green come to clean my carpets. Not awfully dirty carpets...just traffic areas in bedroom and a closet where the puppy got sick. It was because I wanted the CLOSET cleaned..,that I decided to do the room also....and a second small room. Quoted 79.00

On arrival, price jumped to 189.00 I said NO.! Then price went to 130.00 Cash....for DEEP CLEANING.! I said OK. UNSOILED areas turned out beautiful. Stains in Closet...we're not removed. Sent pictures on Sunday to them..(.got the impression they weren't located in West Palm Beach..but we're contracting the work out over the phone.) they offered to RE DO on Tuesday. 2-4 timeframe. At 3.40 I called...866-503-****

They knew nothing about rescheduling...after a Looong argument looking for a manager or Supervisor and getting no place..I got Lauri, ...give her 15 mins to find a technician. 20 min. Later a man called and I quote...." You want your carpets redone I am told for 130.00 "I hung up. Called back. Lauri, "not there." After a Looong argument another person whose English wasn't great said..the Manager called you..he will redo for 50.00!!! So they got their facts wrong. BOTTOM LINE......THEY CANNOT CLEAN CARPETS THAT ARE SOILED.!!! If you want LIES AND AGGRAVATION...HIRE THEM...OTHERWISE, DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE CLOSE TO YOUR CARPETS.!!
