No customer service
This company is likely the worst company Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Its too bad our home warranty wants to use this company.
If you have a choice, use anyone other than this company.
I wont go into great detail as to why they are horrible but heres a few key points. Their person answering the phone doesnt actually listen to what needs to be done, no records kept and when you give them specific contact information, it gets lost and they dont acknowledge they even got it. It all goes down from there.
Warranty Work order done in October. Its January 2022 and its still not fixed.
What is it you ask?
A refrigerator ice cube maker!
I just ordered one off of Amazon. Save your money, and aggravation!

Scheduled multiple appointments, never arrived or called to express the inability to show up for scheduled appointment, that they scheduled. Sent on one call a technician that was not properly licenced to perform the repairs required to fix the refridgerator, that representative expressed that the compressor had gone out and that a part would be ordered and that another technician would return to repair the refrigerator.
After a couple of days I called to confirm that the part was indeed orderd, It had not. The office assistent instead scheduled a third visit for what she stated was another set of eyes to review the circumstances. That person never showed up or called to cancel the appointment. At this point it is now 1 and half weeks into not having a functioning refridgerator.
Office staff refused to provide any names of individuals involved with the ownership of company. I would not recommend anyone attempting to use this company. They recieved there deposite and neglected to attempt to provide services. I will continue efforts to have this company investigated for fraudulently acting as a legitimate business.
Service rating = worst experience ever.
Save your time and money. Here they will take both and leave you without a seviced appliance.
Bad Customer Service, Lacking abilities to fix on first visit.
Do Not USE them.
They often don't fix on first visit. First visit is for "assessment".
They don't have a warehouse of parts.
Technician says he'll call back, will likely be back same day, but you then get automated call with a scheduled appt for next day when you have no way of being home next day.
Reviews: Look at them. If it's bad going in, it truly only get's worse. and it did.
One appt was for afternoon, called 10AM said technician can be there in 15 minutes, and said cannot come at set appt 1pm to 4pm. Bad management, bad front desk, and from countless reviews: Bad technicians.
Look elsewhere.

- Cancel appointment 2 hours premature
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
