No respect for patients or patient care

First of all this is not a real office. There are not any waiting rooms for the patients just some chairs starting from the entrance door to the receptionist and you have to just look a wall. There reason this become an issue is because the staff is always behind their schedule and I had to wait from my appointment time supposedly at 11:10 am until they told me to leave if you don't like it by 12:30pm. Personally I don't trust this office and one main reason is their main concern is to make more money and least concern is the well being of the patients. Thank you

This was the worst Dental Office I have ever been to. Rude, very unprofessional staff. My 1st visit was for just a cleaning. I have always taken care of my teeth. They told me I needed to have wisdom teeth removed, that I've had for 50 yrs & never had any problems with them. Also that I should have a crowns put in & filings replaced. The front desk staff came across very cold & not friendly at all. The dental hygienist was very nice. When I was leaving they never offered to set up a 6 month cleaning appointment. Very strange, but I did receive one in the mail 6 months later. My 2nd visit for a cleaning, I waited 1 yr, for me that is very unusual. Thought I'd give them another try, benefit of the doubt, maybe it was an off day for them on my 1st visit. On my way I ran into a traffic jam & detour. I was running 15 min. early & only 5 min. away, but decided to call the Dental Office anyway as a courtesy just in case the detour ran into problems. The girl who answered, Suzanne & also who booked my appointment was so rude, telling me that I needed to hurry up, that there were people after me, she kept repeating this, as I was driving, I responded by asking should I cancel, she said "No just hurry up". I wasn't even late when I called. Upon arrival, 3 girls were sitting at the front desk. I asked if I was late, one of the girls said No. I asked if she was Suzanne, who I spoke with on the phone, which she nodded to. I told her that I didn't appreciate the way that I was spoken to on the phone. Never did I receive an apology for the way I was spoken to or thank you for calling in advance. Upon further talking they could see I was upset, the person who acknowledged she was Suzanne was actually not. The real Suzanne finally spoke up, which of course made me more upset over the deception. One of the Dentist happened to approach the front desk & see that I was upset. Most respected & professional businesses would inquire as to what happened & rectify the situation. Instead he just said, he could see that I was upset and didn't know the story or what happened & that we should part ways. I couldn't have agreed more. I of course have other family members that referred me to this office which they will now be patronizing another Dental Office.
