AI Highlights
  • - Appointments were canceled and rescheduled, causing delays and pain.
  • - A temporary filling was placed; no final treatment was completed.

I went in to the office due to pain from heat & cold sensitivity. Before all of this my appointments had been canceled and re-scheduled several times.

I was even asked to come in earlier at one point and I have a job and can't leave with like a 1 -2 hour notice. When I do get to see a dentist my filling was removed and replaced with a temporary filling. They INSISTED I do this. I was then given an appointment over ONE MONTH later.

The pain had gotten worse! When I finally get to my appoint over one month later. The dentist took an x-ray and did NOTHING! I asked "so you aren't going to do anything today"?

The response was "you have to see the other dentist". I basically went in for absolutely nothing! When I go to make yet another appointment I expressed I was in pain. Dora basically told me not once but TWICE that I can't be in that much pain because I would not be standing there so calm.

She then said well not that I am telling you that you are not in pain....but SHE DID! SHe also asked why I waited so long to come back in? Ummmmm you gave me this appointment...I got no response on that. Then I was told I had to get a root canal and that it would take 4 to 5 visits.

I researched and asked and that is unheard of. This all happened on a Friday. I was in a lot of pain over the weekend so on Monday. I called a different dentist.

I went to that dentist the following morning and they took care of my problem the SAME DAY!

Alldent gave me the run around, gave me false information, took advantage of my insurance, accused me of being a liar, and wasted my time. We will not be going back and have found a new responsible and friendly dentist office that actually LISTENS and wants to help their patients!
