We requested a hot water quote for a Rheem 40245 install with a lifetime warranty. We were informed furnish and install would be 2200.00
Also no tax for Capitol improvement.
We were given a quote for a generic Rheem model we did not request.
We asked for a revision with the original model requested. I Established the price was still 2200.When we got the quote it was 1000 higher with no written explanation.
I immediately made a complaint to corporate. Then a 3rd quote was generated for 200 less (3000).
The Manager of All Day tried to gaslight us by saying we were never told that price and they were doing us a favor at 3000.
A conversation he was not privy to.
