Bad Service

On April 15, 2019 owner/tech came out to my residence to view a stove door with a broken glass. He was to view it and come back after he ordered part and install it. I was charged a trip charge that was over $100 for this. He later called me after a few days stating I had to call Sears to get serial number and part number and give him a call back. I'm like why were you even here for? He said that he got serial number wrong and I was supposed to give this to them ahead of time. HOW DOES A SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL GET THE WRONG NUMBER? Also, I was never told to get serial number to them before he came. I've paid him for nothing. He was even rude about it. WOMEN BEWARE.
