ORDERED MY DOLL - RECEIVED IT LATER THAN I WAS SUPPOSED TO AND WHEN IT CAME IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE MY WIFE. TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO SKILLS AND THE DOLL LOOKED CHEAP AND HANDS LIKE LITTLE BLOBS OF CLAY YOU SUCK AND I HOPE NO ONE BUYS FROM YOU. THE DOLL i OPENED WAS PACKED IN SOME *** FIBER STUFF. THE DOLL DIDNT ARRIVE BROKEN BUT I CAN IMAGINE IT COULD OF EASILY. USING THEIR SITE WAS NOT COMPLICATED BUT I FEEL THAT THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO PATRONAGE THEM. MORE LIKE A "IM DOING THIS FOR YOU" ATTITUDE. WHEN YOU CALL THEM, IF YOU ARE LUCKY TO SPEAK WITH A TYPICAL NEW YORKER (AND I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THEM IN GENERAL, BUT THIS ONE IS THE AS* OF NY)...HE WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE *** AND COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR ORDER.

Terrible Bobblehead

The bobblehead I ordered looks nothing like the picture I sent. Also, it is VERY small and the head barely bobbles. What a disappointment. When I saw it, I cried. Throughout the process I tried working with the company but couldn't get much satisfaction. I repeatedly gave feedback that the bobblehead did not look like the picture but it never improved. Their primary suggestion was that we start over for an additional cost of $20. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS! I asked if they would make a cost reduction but they said it was not possible. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
