Beware...mover stole my money

I originally was going to pay for my move using a credit card. I decided to pay in cash. The driver/mover had my credit card information and advised me he would correct his paperwork to reflect I paid in cash and make sure my card wasn't charged. Not feeling comfortable with that, I asked him to sign my copy and/or give me back the cash. Again, he assured me not to worry. I got a bad feeling about the driver not wanting to sign my paperwork so I canceled my credit card. I'm glad I did. Driver pocketed my money and now I am being harassed by Don as well as being charged for theft of services. Driver pocketed the money and tried to charge my credit card. Rather than paying All Around Movers twice, I'm letting the DA handle this.
