They are dishonest, deceitful, extra charges before unloading your items, unmarked moving trucks, unknown whereabouts of items for weeks. You will not get your items when promised.
You will not be able to reach the individual who negotiated your moving contract. This All American Van Lines company is totally unAmerican and you will not be able to resolve any issues.

Stole all belongings, plus I paid them $7000
Relocated from Wa to Ga, June 2011...Original contract with World Wide Van Lines, Fla...didn't know they subcontracted my job to All American Trusted Van Lines, who picked up all my belongings in Wa. state.
As they were loading the truck, they informed me, my things weren't accurately quoted and it would cost me a total $11-12,000. Because the driver had an unusual name, Oren Osadon, I googled him after my things hadn't arrived in over 2 wks, found several articles about him (and the owner of AATVL, Franco Matar) and learned they were involved in many move scams, there was even a picture of Osadon, so I know without a doubt, it was him. Learned they had even lost their license to transport goods at least 2 wks before they picked my belongings up. They disconnected their phone #s, dissolved AATVL, now no way to contact them.
They disappeared, I am out $7000....I am retired, 64 yrs old, on small fixed income, social security and could ill-afford to lose that kind of money & still not even receive the service I paid for!
Very evil people, if there is a civil lawsuit started against these people and anyone can contact me, I would like to be included in the lawsuit and make my voice heard!
DO NOT TRUST All American Trusted Van Lines
Please, Please, Please use caution when hiring a moving service, absolutely DO NOT use ALL AMERICAN TRUSTED VAN LINES. We paid a "moving broker" that contracted All American Trusted Van Lines to move our personal belongings 1300 miles across the country. I will not mention the name of the "moving broker" as I feel they were also deceived by All American Trusted Van Lines.
All American Trusted Van Lines is owned and operated by a SNAKE named Franco Matar, whom when asked if he was the owner-operator, lied and claimed to be a "company driver". All American Trusted Van Lines was supposed to show up to pick up our belongings on a Monday, finally after many phone calls to Franco (wondering where he was and when we could expect his arrival,) he finally "promises"... for the tenth time to be there the following Friday at 7am.... after he did not show up as he promised we repeatedly called his cell phone but he would not answer. A rented BUDGET Truck eventually rolled up at 5pm Friday, just as it started to rain like crazy. As Franco stepped out of the truck, he told us before he would begin to load our belongings; we were required to pay him a portion of the total balance due. I proceeded to show him our contract with the "moving broker" that stated that our entire remaining balance was to be paid in full at time of delivery to our new home.
After he tried to persuade us to believe that we actually were obligated to pay him on pick up and we didn't fall for his ***, he proceeded to tell us that he had no money for gas and if we didn't give him any money he would have to sleep in our driveway that night and he would delay the delivery of our possessions.
Instantly we were very leery of trusting this guy with everything we own on a 1300 mile trip. One must wonder about a "company driver" that doesn't have a fuel card and the nerve to ask a customer for fuel money . We refused. Now it gets better... we go back outside and his partner has the truck door pulled open and to our shock the contents of the back of the truck (that belongs to some poor soul he ripped off before he got to us) were absolutely a hott mess!! If I was judging strictly by the contents of the back of that truck I would have thought it was in a rollover accident. The boxes were crushed, ripped, and some were even cut open, not to mention the furniture was not secured and was strewn throughout the truck... now keep in mind it is raining cats and dogs at this point they are parked on an incline and there was rain pouring in the back of this truck (soaking its current contents.) All the while his partner is tossing the "moving blankets" that were torn to shreds and covered in dirt and grease outside of the truck, in the rain and on our muddy gravel driveway... don't they pad furniture with those things? Who wants their furniture wrapped in wet, muddy, greasy blankets??
I immediately called the "moving broker" to whom we had already paid a $1000 deposit, that sent these jokers to haul everything I own 1300 miles away and I told them it was unacceptable and I was not putting any of my possessions on that truck (keep in mind that in my contract with the "moving broker" it states that once my property is on a "carrier's" truck, any disputes regarding cost at delivery, damaged or stolen/missing property, are strictly between All American Trusted Van Lines and us.)
Although I was assured by the "moving broker" that everything was okay and we were all in agreement of the terms of the Moving Contract, we were still hesitant to allow Franco of All American Trusted Van Lines to take possession of our property. Franco claimed that the belongings that were tossed around in the back of the truck were his own belongings. We wondered who would treat their things this way? By now, it was really pouring rain and getting dark and Franco said since it was raining and dark, he wanted to return the following morning. We were so uneasy with the situation we told him we would be contacting our "moving broker" and would get back with him in the morning to tell him whether his services were even needed. Upon leaving our house, Franco unzips the case in which we store of our guns and runs his fingers over the barrel and the zips up the case without speaking a word. Again, we wonder why he would behave this way and never mention a word about the gun. What was he planning to do if he was allowed to transport our guns?
That night, we went to where we had been staying since our home is packed to the ceiling with boxes and no electric (we scheduled for the utilities to be cancelled because the truck was supposed to be there the previous Monday) and got online and googled "All American Trusted Van Lines Reviews" and were absolutely appalled by the reviews by previous customers (they have a B- with the BBB, but as we all know as long as you pay your membership dues, the BBB will make you look good) but as far as every other review we read we knew this guy was a weasel. In the reviews he was referred to as a crook, a liar, a thief, careless, rude and a PIRATE! People claim that he would quote a price and upon delivery, he would demand double the amount of the original quote or hold their items hostage, and once they received what was left of their belongings, their boxes were busted, cut open, items were stolen... one review actually stated that a lady lost $30,000+ in property to All American Trusted Van Lines.
The next morning Franco had the nerve to show up at our home with intentions of moving our belongings even though we basically told him we would not be using him. A neighbor called to warn us that he was at our house. We immediately called the local police as we were 30 minutes away from our house. A policeman shows up ………drum roll please......... when he runs their Drivers' Licenses he finds that both men have SUSPENDED DRIVER'S LICENSES. Franco's partner even had a warrant in California, but for some reason he couldn't be held by police. In Kentucky a driver cannot carry insurance without a valid license. What if we would have let them take our belongings and he got pulled over 650 of the 1300 miles into the move and was caught driving without a license and the truck with everything we've ever owned was impounded and Franco was jailed...????? Worse yet, if he had an accident and our property was destroyed, with him having no insurance, HOW COULD HE REPLACE EVERYTHING WE OWN IF HE COULDN'T EVEN AFFORD FUEL?
The policeman ordered them not to drive the truck with a suspended license. Franco assured the Officer that someone was meeting them to drive the truck. As soon as the Patrolman was out of sight, Franco and his partner high-tailed it out of town with no driver's licenses or insurance.
Minutes after they fled, we arrived at our house and found that they had picked our lock to get in our home. Unfortunately since all of our belongings are in boxes piled throughout our house, it will take time to know what is missing.
After All American Trusted Van Lines had fled the scene , we discovered boxes left behind in our yard that belong to a customer they picked up before us... although he claimed everything in that truck was "his," upon closer inspection, the rain soaked, cut open boxes contained baby products (diapers, baby thermometers, baby christening dress, ect. and another box had roach /ant spray and feminine hygiene products, toilet gaskets, plumbing supplies...) I would venture to say that the contents of that truck were not his personal belongings and in fact belong to another customer who was ripped off by Franco of All American Trusted Van Lines.
In conclusion, I would haul my furniture and belongings in a horse drawn wagon before letting All American Trusted Van Lines haul it 1 mile, much less 1300. AS OF TODAY 3/19/11 FRANCO, PRESIDENT AND DRIVER OF ALL AMERICAN TRUSTED VAN LINES HAS A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE!! Do not in-trust All American Trusted Van Lines with your move. And I must add there was nothing American or Trusted about this business or Franco Matar!
After Franco had fled from the police he even had the nerve to text me and tell me "I personally will make sure that u dont get [$1000] deposit back" The "moving broker" was appalled by the information we had provided them about Franco's suspended license and is working on our refund.
I would highly recommend thoroughly researching any "carrier" before trusting them with your possessions... and please, oh please spare yourself the drama, stress and worry of moving with All American Trusted Van Lines!! In the long run, Franco's victims would have been much better off had he chosen a career as a suicide bomber rather than a mover… on second note, even suicide bombers can't be five days late.
All American Trusted Van Lines, Inc Cannot Be Trusted
Within the last few months, and after speaking with the manager of All American Trusted Van Lines, Inc and their claim company CSI, All American Trusted Van Lines, offered an apology as well as an offer. The previous person that we were dealing with does not work for the comapny anymore as well the new manager was very polite as well professional.
They even added additional funds for compensation because they felt that although he could not go back and correct the situation they could at least attemptto help towards the purchasing or repairs of the things that were damaged or destroyed. To be honest you cannot ask of more, I believe now me and fiance\' can move forward as well with new management in I would refer the company.
It started that we were first quoted one price, then once the company starting loading our things the price doubled (the additional pricing was also because they were to \"crate, pad, blanket, and wrap\" our things for more protection. Needless to say this supposed additional protection was never done for the exception of some of our things having blankets on them.
Even after the movers came a week late from what was agreed, the driver gave us a problem in which we contacted the police immediately. The driver made us signed papers and pay the balance which was the other half of the money before he even opened up the truck. Well in short according to the company we had 6200 pounds of furniture and I will say (and we had witnesses including 2 officers) that the majority of our things were damaged, wasn't wrapped, padded, crated, or anything. We even witnessed the driver while unloading our things himself drop our stone dining room table on the concrete.
We were told for the driver being late that we would get a discount, and the reason the driver was late was because it was a holiday for him (which was never mentioned in, on, or before the contract). We had several items missing. We filed several complaints with different websites and even the BBB. The company then contacted us letting us know that we did have a insurance with them which gave us 60 cent per pound.
After their insurance person contacted us and we submitted all of our complaints, pics and prices, we ended up with over $12,000.00 in damages. The company offered us a settlement of $300. The PS3 itself was over $300 dollars. We had basically a brand new bed, living room and dinner room set which was purchased from Ashley furniture store in which we still had/have the receipt.
Brand new baby gifts from a baby shower because we were expecting damaged, and broken. Pictures destroyed. Clothes missing, refrigerator dented up. Oh and this was a little weird also, on their inventory report they had marked all of the big items to have had scratches, chips, and or some sort of damage.
The even weirder thing about that was that we had pre-wrapped all of the furniture and things before they ever saw anything, so unless they unwrapped our things and re wrapped them the exact way that we had it done then they \"Lied\" and this had to be a typical process the company must have practiced. It was just no way because the original wrapping we had on our items were there once we received them as well you could even see where they put blankets that there were holes in the blankets and damage in the same place to whatever item the supposed blanket was supposed to be protecting. Anyway after we put in our complaint and received the insult of a settlement we started to notice that the company/insurance company made little remarks like although we had 60 cents per pound insurance that they were only allowing 25% of that! Now how low is that.
Not only did they destroyed our things they didn't\'t even want to give us the insurance coverage that we signed for. At this point because our things were expensive and basically new, I am definitely willing to take this to court and or try to have some kind of legal action taken. Now, as a part of the service we paid for a FULL Service which included packing, unpacking, assembling and un assembling and all I can say is I have pictures of some of things that were left in the drive way still wrapped in what we packaged our stuff in and none of the supposed \"FULL SERVICE\" was fulfilled. We had to pay additional because the movers noticed how nice our things were and recommended the additional covering, padding and crates in which we did not get.
From the moving company to its insurance company this has definitely been the worst experience of our lives. And I will say this I thought hey since movers get paid to move and it\'s their profession then why not pay them to do their jobs, well sad but true I should have rented a truck and paid a few of my buddies to move my things myself because at least if I would have damaged my own things, then they are my things. But to have and even watch someone else destroy your stuff and yes we did file a police report it was simply a nightmare. If you can move your things yourself whether city to city or state to state, please avoid what we went through and either do it yourself or sell your things and start over.
As crazy as it was that we only signed for a 60 cents per pound insurance policy for the move, it is/was crazier on their part that they only want/wanted to allow us 25% of that. And all of the sudden that 6200 pound of furniture to move once it was time for the insurance to pay everything didn't\'t even come close to 700 pounds.
Not only the company All Trust American Van Lines should be embarrassed but so should their insurance company. Damage Resulting = From broken tables, pictures, damaged TV, damaged ottoman, to broken lamps, destroyed brand new children items, and to stolen or missing boxes, and so much more we paid for a 6200 pound move and full service, only to get the worst nightmare of our lives, a settlement offer of $300.00 when we put in a claim for over 12,000.00 heavily due to the fact that we are only getting 25% of a 60cent per pound insurance policy that we signed for which was in our agreement.
All American Trusted Van Lines STOLE my goods!
This company has STOLEN my goods, and REFUSES to tell me where my belongings are being stored. They won't even return my calls anymore. My moving broker (Budget Van Lines) is offering to pay them for releasing my goods, and All American Trusted Van Lines won't even return their calls either. Budget Van Lines has suggested I take legal action against All American Trusted Van Lines and Franco Matar (the owner).
PLEASE, I need to speak to anyone out there that has had problems with this company, especially now since they appear to have gone out of business. My name is Brian and I can be reached at:

Original charge was 1,790.00, after visual inspection it went to 5000.00 and after negotiating it went to 3500.00.Not Only was the company late from the date that they told us to expect our things, the driver while on work took a day to celebrate his personal holiday that we were not made aware of until the day of. After he finally arrived and we did a police report, he actually dropped the dinner table while attempting to move our things and not only were we witnesses the hired movers witnessed this catastrophe as well. The driver broke and mishandled several other items as well. We were also told that we would get a discount for the driver not appearing when we were told that he would and that did not happen either. We supposedly paid additional cost for protective covering, padding, and crates which is in our agreement as a part of the full moving service, yet the majority of our things were only boxed or wrapped from what we did prior to us obtaining the services of All American Trusted Van Lines. Our items were predominately new items, and we did not hire a company and paid additional cost just to have our things destroyed and to give us a headache in the interim which is what happened. Also in the agreement the company was suppose to assemble and disassemble items in which was not done as well. It was terrible service from beginning to end even down to one of our complaints where we filed with the Better Business Bureau and the company's rep replied to them saying we threaten to kill the driver in which is very hard to do in front of the police officers that we called due to the fact that we had so many previous issues with the company. We did not put the weight of our items because we just do not have a furniture weight scale for accuracy, but according to the company our things totaled 6200 pounds. Again just terrible service. We should be entitled to a full refund plus damages. We made a complaint with the BBB also and the clerk went as far as to try and say we threatened their driver, which is absurd being that I had the local sheriff onsite to observe due to the unprofessionalism of the company and for the fact of the missing day/holiday we were in fear that our things were even stolen in which several things were indeed missing and that our things would be destroyed in which 95% of our belongings were. The owner of the company told us that the issue would be resolved immediately yet it has been over 2 months with a claim in which we have been told that the company has 120 days plus 45 in which to get a response and if the company denies to pay then we have to take matters in our own hands which makes the claim service/company just a pond to postpone things further. This is not how paying consumers/customers should be treated.
All american trusted van lines. inc
Dont use this company. I can hardly discribe the horrible service i got,
I am a senior citizin who recently moved from Calif to Oregon.
I spoke to a nice gal stephanie that quoted me a price based on what i told herI had exactly what i told her Anyway they came 3 hrs late and after they loaded my things told me that it was 900 more. I called the owner that said he would deduct 300, im still out 300 dollars
Well i sat in a house without anything wating for my stuff on the day they said they would arrive. Every day for 5 days they said they would come and they didnt. When they finially arrived they wouldnt put on the botties so not to ruin my newly refinished hardwoods, they put furniture on the floor instead of the paper i layed out, they got mud all over my new rug.
my trolly that i need for work was broken , they lost my bed frame, my furniture was dirty and scratched,. All and all it was a real nightmare,
They DO NOT reinburse you for your loses, Oh heres the best part they pulled up in a budget rent a truck, can you believe it.
They need to be put out of business, I am going to call the better business bueral and i recomend anyone with a similar experience do the same.

That karma mentioned before is catching up with Oren Osadon. He was apparently arrested one or more times this year on a variety of charges ranging from speeding to alcohol and drug violations, to "motor carrier unlawful conduct", if you can believe such a thing. To paraphrase Mark Twain, I won't be attending his conviction, but I'll send a nice note saying I approve of it.
Haven't dealt with AATVL, but I've been ripped off by Oren Osadon. My advice to anyone preparing for a move.
First, don't go through Budget - they've been hiring Oren and his fellow thugs for years under the various companies they've set up. If you go through a broker, get the name of the company they've hired and the driver before the date of the move, and demand that they cancel and return your deposit if you find that they're using any company connected with Osadon, Sassoon, Matar, etc.
Don't pack up your computer until you've researched them thoroughly. Karma's a ***, and Oren's schemes will catch up with him one day, but until then, I hope we can prevent a few of his scams.
I've had the same pronblem and need to sue them. I've lost over $50K, had items stolen and a LOT of damage to what was finally delivered, they are the worst CROOKS!
