They were very good up until recently still No response from email calling or leaving messages called Medicare complained to them had to go purchase my own meter and supplies Medicare says they will send a claim form by 15 th of December

left my number and. never got a call back.

in 4 days.

this is not customer service. are you still in business.

And when you want to send something back, all you get is put on hold for 15 minutes, then the automated system tells you to leave a message with name, phone, etc and they'll call you back, which never happens. They billed Medicare $1,350.00 for a back brace my girlfriend in Florida got me several years ago for less than $200.00.

It didn't work then, it doesn't work now. You can't drive with it or sit comfortably, the whole thing is uncomfortable and the pain remains! You can't track them down because they're set up with GoDaddy as a proxy. That's what scammers do.

Contact and complain to your State Attorney General and to Medicare. These people are thieves! Don't let Medicare go broke spending your hard earned and PAID FOR benefits on this overpriced junk! Medicare paid for an oxygen generator for me for years.

When the time was up that it actually belonged to me, the company I had it from tried every trick to get me to replace it so they could continue billing Medicare $495.00 per month.

Then I found I could actually BUY one for less than a month's rental! I think they're all scammers.
