After classroom portion of course was completed in August there have been no road test schedule. I was told they don’t have a schedule from the instructors

POOR SERVICE
- - Daughter finished the classroom portion in August; road test not scheduled.

My daughter took the classroom portion of the course and the company has not scheduled the road portion. It has been over a month of calling and getting the run around.
I will tell the owner, I will text him and let him know, You need to put in a complaint on the website (website not working). It is now September 28th and no contact. The class was completed in August. I was told the instructors have not given the company their schedule.
Ridiculous! I called the other offices to see if my daughter can come to their location for the road test and they don't want to give up their road time because they are backed up also.

All American Driving School

My teen took the classroom portion over a month ago and the mesquite office said they don't have an instructor schedule for the road portion. The office manager said the instructors are not calling to give them their schedule and the owner will not hire other instructors.
How do you run a business like this? I called all the locations and they don't want to give up their road time because they are all a month behind. This company is ridiculous! Bad customer service, getting the run around.
If I knew it would take over a month to schedule a road test I would have never paid my money to this school. I was told to go on the website and make a complaint and it would go to the owner.
The website is giving me an error message when I press submit. I will also be contacting the BBB.
