Do not use Lithia garages in Midland or Odessa Texas
Took Jeep in to get fixed due to it having a death wobble issue. They replaced parts that didn’t fix the issue, problem persisted. I drove the Jeep to Missouri from Texas and wasn’t able to drive over 55mph due to bumps causing it to death wobble and the situation just kept getting worse and it was brought to another mechanic and found that all four ball joints in front end are bad. This has caused more damage to the front end and is now costing more to fix the problem. I highly disappointed that we paid so much to fix things that did not fix the problem my Jeep was having and I feel that Lithia dodge in midland should pay for this mistake. That was the 3rd time I have had issues with a Lithia garage. 2nd time with this Jeep

Very poor customer services
We bought a town and country van about 3 weeks ago. Two weeks after we purchased the van we started having issues that lead is to believe its the transmission. The van is still under warranty we have called several times and NO ONE WILL CALL US BACK! Not only do we have a van we cant drive but i have no way to transport 5 kids.
