Bad deal

Updated by user Aug 14, 2019

This issue has not been taking care yet. Adam and Buddy did contact me said if I could find a van for $3000.00 they would buy it.

But this would not be good because we would have to paid extra insurance and if it broken down we wouldn't be able fixed it. Still working on problem email Buddy on Aug 5 said he would reach out then Friday because he was out of town he said we are not done trying for sure. I email him on Aug 9 still no answer.

Tried other deal to get van they said I was upside down on my loan of $13000.00 this is so bad. Thanks Karen

klrpurple@***.com This is the second letter we are writing you guys because of the All American Chevrolet of San Angelo Texas has gotten worse. Have you ever filled out a survey and someone called you back because of what you said? Well that is what happed to my mom Bobby Salcedo called said because of what we said in the survey he lost $2000.00 dollars. This first upset my mom and made her feel bad then thinking about she shouldn’t have felt bad she told the true. Nobody should be called back when they doing survey that was very unprofessional of Bobby Salcedo to do. This is very poor customer service. Another thing we are mad about is my mom calls them all the time and leaves a message and they never call her back so she literally has to go there to get it done. This all started when I traded in my 2007 Nissan Altima on April 6, 2019 that only had 80,000 miles. So I went back to the dealer and talk with Adam said he was going to Dallas to find me a handicapped van didn’t happen. So on April 26, 2019 I traded my 2016 Chrysler van in from the first traded on April 6 2019 the reason was we couldn’t put a ramp on it because it had over 100,000 miles on it. The sale person should have been trained on van for handicap people that are in a wheelchair. So they sold me a 2018 Chevy Malibu on April 26, 2019. Then I was getting calls from well Fargo bank that I have not made a payment on my 2016 Chrysler van told them I trading that in on April 26,2019. So again I had to go down to the dealership to see what was happening because they wouldn’t return my calls or they would tell me they were busy. Adam told me that the bank wouldn’t take the 2018 Chevy Malibu so they sold me a 2019 Chevy Malibu. I was told by Adam when I traded my second vehicle in I would get a full tank of gas for my 2019 chevy Malibu never happen. I traded the van in on May 30 2019. I was getting calls from the bank wondering why I have not made a payment on the vehicle. So I text Adam and he said they paper work was sent on June 3, 2019. I called the bank on Sat June 8, 2019 they said no paid off yet. So on Monday June 10, 2019 I called the dealership to talk with the finance manager Nick Stuart and left a message. Wait a day and no return call back so the next day I called again still no answer so I had to stop what I was doing and go down there. Talk with Nick Stuart said the check was mailed out should be there by Thursday June 13, 2019. Waited finally got paid off it took you guys from April 26, 2019 to June 13, 2019 to paid off a loan at a bank that’s way too long. She’s been paralyze since she was 23 years old. She was able to get into the Nissan car now she is not allow too transfer into the vehicle because of a bed sore on her buttock. My daughter still can’t use the car because of sliding for 17 years has made her shoulder have a tear and hips burn. So we really need a van my daughter can’t go anywhere now. We both have good credit why can’t we pay the same amount we are paying for the car for a handicapped van. If you can’t help us we will go on the website and tell our story. Sincerely, Karen Rose and Tracey Mallin 2548 A&M Ave San Angelo, TX 76904

Dealership Complaint

This complaint is regarding All American Chevrolet in San Angelo tx. We bought a used vehicle there on December 15, 2018. It has been a real nightmare ever since. The vehicle has had nothing but problems ever since from the sales, finance and service department. They did fix 2 problems. It took them almost 2 months to fix. They kept the vehicle. It took complaining untill we got a loaner vehicle. The service manager and sales manager have been rude and telling us that it is not their problem. The sales manager was quick to tell me that they lost money on this sale. I have tried to talk to the GM left him several message never got a response. Went to dealership asked to speak to him twice and was sheilded by the service manager concerning the issues. He would not let us speak to the GM. I Wonder if he actually exists. U had to sign 3 finance contracts for same finance company. The finance company said we were approved but then sent me a denial letter. When I called the dealership and spoke to the finance manager he had no idea as to what was going on. I have never received a copy of any of the finance contracts. They said the vehicle was sound and passed their inspection but we found out that the tires are dry rotted and should not have been sold like that. The check engine light is on now so we took it back to them and they said it was going to cost over 1000.00 to fix. I have made only 2 payments on this vehicle and am sure the finance company Exetur would not be happy to hear that we have had this many problems. The first time we took it in to the serve department we were told it was covered under the Ford warranty and I should take it to them. Took it to Ford and found out it was not under warranty so we went back to the dealership and was told that it was told that I would have to pay for the repair. We had not had the vehicle a week When I complained they finally agreed to repair would be fixed but they have to order the part. Would be in 3 days later. When we checked the part was in transit to them but held up by the weather. This went on for 2 weeks. Again checked in and they had the part. During this time the oil light came on. They agreed to fix that. It took them almost 2 months to get the vehicle back. When we talked to the service manager who was in charge of the vehicle repair he would be rude. The sales manager which they seem to have about 3 said they it really wasn't their problem because they have lost money on this sale. When I talked to them today about the check engine light was on and the tires had dry rotted the service manager was rude again. Left GM a message no call back. When I called today to find out who owned the dealership I got the run around. They did not want to give me the name of company or the telephone number. Kept trying to talk me into talking to a manager. I explained that I have talked to all the managers and I wanted Lithias number. He finally gave it to me. I called and left a message. Just received a call from Malinda and she said she would be working on this. I personally will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will dicourage any of my friends from buying from them. My number is 325-315-****
