Bad sales

My deal did not go thru in Odessa at all American Chevrolet and the demand vehicle back I gave it back the failed to give me my down payment then they said they would deliver the rest of down payment to via check which they did but it was not signed so I still can’t cash or do anything with and the finance manger said he would no longer take care of issue so if that is the way it employees treat customers that’s is not good

Yes this is the second vehicle that I bought from Lithia in 3 yrs. And each time I have had a very bad experience. In 2014 we bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 from your Midland, Tx store within the first 6 months itwas in and out of the shop at least 4 times. So in 2016 we decided to trade it in for a 2016 Chevy Malibu from you Odessa store. Needless to say it has been in the shop for over 4 months and the only time we can get an update on our vehicle is if we call or go to the store. It only has 14,000 miles. Still in awe this is pitiful. We purchase new so that we can avoid this and no one seems to give a {{Redacted}} Aftet the purchase.
