I have not had any resolution to my order that I was sent the wrong item. I am heart broken that I didnt receive the likeness of my pet. I received a pillow of an animal that doesnt belong to me.

Dog pillow
I am trying to get an answer before I place an order for a pillow. I want to order a pet pillow with my dog wearing a hat on his head with words on it.
From the sample image it shows the letters facing the right way, but when the pillow is flipped the letters are backwards.
Will it be readable on both signs of the pillow not backwards. The hat on the dog says DUNKIN

I was told order before dec 8th ordered on 7th told 3 day delivery then they said dec 13 then dec 15 then 16 then 17 and a label was made but then was canceled at 12am on 17th you dont have a phone number to call you take people's money and dont deliver I want what I paid for I will not recommend this company if this is how you treat customers why was label canceled

Got a partial refund whoopee
Was guaranteed Christmas delivery, did not get it , showed up day after Christmas bag ripped open and cut pillows bags cut open from other bag and water damage!! Beyond pissed off right now, was told in a email that they would make late delivery right and was told today Beyond their control to have a blessed day!!
