I went to purchase a dog called spoke to Travis put a hold on it well I drove from Tampa to Clearwater and he called 10 minutes to tell me he sold it. Terrible customer service irresponsibility of the sales guy when I advised him I was on my way. He has no type of pitty that Ive been calling for the past 2 weeks praying the dog dont get sold to tell me right before I got there he sold it. Makes me feel that its not about customer satisfaction its about they making a sale

Rusted bent metal in puppy crate

I was playing with the goldendoodle in the Brandon store and noticed the pan under the paper shaving was bent and rusted and very pointed right in the middle of the cage where the puppy would lay down. I brought it to the attention of the people who work there, and was told they do not have any replacement metal pans and can't not have the pan in the crate due to urine/*** leaking out to the floor and they were on order. OH WELL, was the attitude I received. I put the puppy back and walked out. I will never go back there and have told everyone I could of the expierence. They do not care for the well being of the puppies. IF they did, something, anything, would have been done.

Lies from All about puppies

So I got an English bulldog from all about puppies on December 2, 2013 I never received my AKC registration forms and when I called today to ask for them the lady got super angry she was going to charge me $25 to get my papers and I paid $3400 for this dog I called the AKC and this they told me that I should've received those papers upon purchasing the dog so I called the lady back and she said I was questioning the integrity of her business because I asked her again about the papers and why I had to pay for them I also asked her if he was really Champion bloodline because that is what they told me as a selling point to purchase the dog she said that they never would have told me that because they have no way of knowing, this is my first time buying a dog that needed to be registered in the first place I had no idea what a champion bloodline was until I was told that he was one she literally screamed at me I couldn't get a word in and I told her I was not trying to fight with her I was not trying to cause problems I just needed to know if the information that I was given was correct I didn't even get the opportunity to ask her if it was true that I have the lifetime nasal surgery included which I was also told upon purchasing the dog because she said she would waive the $25 fee and then hung up on me I don't care about the $25 if I was willing to pay $3400 for the dog why would $25 make me angry?! I just wanted my questions answered and apparently there was something to hide if she had to get so angry and hang up on me and refused to answer my calls! I don't understand why this was a big deal I feel like I've been lied to and that they are trying to hide something! I can't get any real information from them!
