Never received my security deposit
I have contacted the hotel via different avenues and still have not received my security deposit back. I get the runaround when I call the hotel, advising me that the supervisor/manager is always unavailable and nothing is being done.
I was overcharged for valet parking without any explanation. The check-in was super late, and we almost missed the concert we came for; no apologies or explanation as to why.
