Aliwigs - NO ANSWERED CALLS, NO RESPONSE and I have Yet to Receive my Product

I purchased my $369 Order on 3-25-16, YES $369. I saved for this one. The website stated for a Full Lace wig, it would take 25-30 days. I patiently waited I never contacted them until it had been 35 days. First, The So-called Live chat that is a Robot and NO One ever Replies I sent over 12 messages in these days. This Company says they are US based but in fact are in Beijing! They do not answer the phone and 'Forrest" will email you when he feels like it. They took a payment through my Debit and did not provide an order #. Forrest says the payment was not made but the money came out of my account. I provided the Reference# the Bank gave me but have not been contacted by 'Forrest' again. My Bank is disputing charges so maybe I will get my $ back. If you... Read more

Received my wig after waiting 2 weeks beyond the due date after chasing. When the wig arrived, there were big gaps where hair was missing exposing the tracks on the crown and hair that had clearly been cut away resulting in the top section of the wig resembling a birds nest (all the hair was sticking up as so short). The wig I ordered was 20 inches long - so the short parts and gaps are obvious. The wig also stinks of cheesy feet and it cannot... Read more

I placed an order over ten days ago and it still says pending and I paid for express shipping too so I mistakenly clicked reorder thinking it would do something but hasn't and now it says I have two orders for the same thing and just wanna cancel it all so it doesn't take my money but they don't give me an option to do that and I've searched everywhere online for a customer service number and there's not one anywhere.
