I tried reaching out but they failed to get back in touch ive tried calling but it's the wrong number ive lost revenue for about a month I was mislead about there customers I think they didn't want my shoes to sell because they use our ideas for other shoe companies as well as there own its sad these companies use us to get rich off our ideas never use there tools to create because then they have our ideas all they have to do is add something to our idea then it's there's don't trust
It's is now the 25th of July and haven't heard back from the company they have not fix the problem so now the logo upload is messed up also so I'm asking for a free premium upgrade and my store to be live because these types of issues need attention asap I feel like I'm being mislead it takes a few minutes to read a message and it's bad for business if the messages are being ignored and if everything gets fixed and they upgrade me to the premium version I will delete this message and Rate with a 5 star review because I will be satisfied from the mistakes that we're made
