Was following up on a refund. Ordered a holster. Although I received the holster in good order it just wasn't for me. Too many little moving little parts. The customer service was awesome in returning amd cancel my order

Just received my 4.0 IWB holster, I'm a little confused.
I received a Sanket shell looks like its just the opposite from the right hand of 4.0 infuse what thats for. Plus I ordered the clips which came. Not exactly sure what theyre for either. Sorry to be a little dumb.
Preferred solution: Just wanted to talk to someone about what I received in the mail, I’m a bit confused
