Bonjour à tous,

J'ai écrit déjà sur cette plaque forme pour demander de l'aide car je n'arrive pas à joindre mon hébergeur qui est Alidropship. J'ai pu avoir gain de cause car j'ai eu un retour de la part Alidropship.

J'ai meme laissé un commentaire pour confirmer qu'Alidropship était en train de rechercher le problème. Le nom de Mon nom de domaine est groupekyha.com.

Il m'on dit que j'avais demandé de fermer mon site. J'ai choisi que je ne reconnais pas.

J'ai même pensé que quelqu'un avait piraté mon ordinateur mais lorsque j'ai fait mes recherches, il s'est avéré que ce n'était pas à partir de mon PC.

Alidropship me dit qu'il ne peut rien faire pour moi donc j'envoie cette plainte.

1-Comment juste sur la base d'un chat avec quiconque, un hébergeur peut fermer un compte sans donner de prévis de fermeture ?

2-Pour n'importe quel compte que vous ouvrez sur un site, avant la, vous posez plusieurs questions de fermeture et vous demandez la raison de fermeture et sur essai de vous convaincre de rester.

3-Dans la capture d'écran que l'agent m'a envoyé, on voit que la personne a juste dit fermer mon compte et sans même poser de question, l'agent dit ok pour la fermeture de compte.

4-7-Moi j'ai des factures, des renseignements fiscaux et autres qui sont restés sur le site fermé imaginé les conséquences que j'encours? . A cause d'eux, je ne peux plus exercer et j'ai perdu beaucoup d'informations.

5-Je pense qu'il une mauvaise gestion de la clientèle.

Nous allons héberger notre site chez eux en pensant que nous sommes en sécurité mais il n'en ait rien.

6-En principe, l'hébergeur doit conserver les informations du client quelques temps avant la fermeture du compte.

Mon problème n'est pas encore résolu mais j'ai des échanges le fournisseur régulièrement et je pense qu'une solution sera trouvée. Merci à PISSED de m'avoir aidé à contacter Alidropship

Ali drop shipping plug

Purchased Ali plug which didnt work. Crashed my system 3 times.

When called Ali support no one answered. When got to chat with them, they asked to pay $1. I provided my cc info and got charged $45.

When called phone number associated with the 45 charge obviously got info phone number doesnt exist. No one to talk to.

This company by the name of ali dropshiping has charged my account two transactions that my husband or i have authorized the amounts of the transactions are 857.10 and 169.00 on 10/28/0219 is hen both transactions went through i dont do any business with this company or have anything to do with them

The ALIDROPSHIP experience

I purchased the Ultimate package from Alidropship on may 11, 2019 (receipt #1849-****) I paid $947 dollars. I also purchased add on services for the website(ultimate package) by Alidropship.

The add on services I purchsed was purchased on May 11,2019 that cost me additional $298.00 dollars (receipt #1703-****). After spending a combied total of $1,245.00 dollars I was todl that my website would take anywhere from 18-30days to complete. Ekaterina Erzhigitova messaged me through skype to ket me know my website was complete. I had issues accessing the website, Ekaterina did not know how to help me, so I called Daria through the WhatsApp system, Daria works in another department for Alidropship to explain the situation.

Daria said she could access my website, and would send me the information (passwords acess codes) and told me that she would pass my information on to the head of the department. Daria informed me that this area is not her deparemnt. I tried several times using the codes and passwords she gave me and still i could not access the website. i tried once more reaching out to Ekaterina, I also sent an email to Alena about the codes/passwords not working.

she did not respond. So I created a review of my experince with Alidropship. The owner Yaroslav N. responed to my email, and gave me the correct access code?passwords, Yaroslav siad if i need any help with anything I should contact him.

As I tried to explore my website I had more issues, so once again I reached out to Yaroslav and Ekaterina. The owner Yaroslav was upset that I did not remove my review based on my experince with Alidropship. Yaroslav became fustrated with my on going questions, and lack of under standing. Yaroslav explain that my support manager Ekaterina would be in touch with me through the skype system.

I explained myself and expressed my fustration with my website and Alidropship customer service. I reached out to the live chatt system on my website about qusetions regaurding my website not working. i have yet to hear back from the live chat. I have recieved one email from Alena apologizing and offering no support.

i sent several more emils explaining the issues and that i was not making progress with Ekaterina, Alena has never responed. Ekaterina informed me that she would be the one to help me and sent me links to webpages that are no longher in service. I explainedf to Ekaterina that the websiet was done incorrectly and i wanted it fixed with the support or a full refund. She informedf me that i would receive no reufund that she and her team worked hard.

i tried to work on the website by myslef after that. I messaged her, and she told me she does not work weekends. I reached out for support on monday, and she refuses to help, I have not recieved the support with the $1245 dollar packeged I purchsed. Alidropship has provided false advertismnet, and now refuses fix the incorrect work on my website, as well as Not providing me the support that comes woth the package I purcshaed.

I want a refund, this is not what I paid $1245 dollars for.

I did not get what was promised with this Ultimate package and add on services. The fasle advertismnet is not acceptable.
