Because I want to warn others, that this is a fraudulent website. It's designed to get you hooked, when caught Ailiciawig then devours you. Once they get your money, then they sever contact
Honestly, I felt violated in a sense. Once you're lured in with bait, they rob you blind.
I'm disabled, and they robbed me of $179. They took away my trust in ordering online. They won't explain why they sent you cruddy, mildew-odor-smelling synthetic hair that's supposed to be natural/human. This ordeal has been stressful, and now I'm terrified to order anything online.
The reason they've been getting away with it for so long is because their website indicates their warehouse is in China, and the BBB won't touch them because they're not in the US. However, the package that was sent to me came from Inglewood, CA. They give you a false address that's supposed to be in China. I'm mad at myself because I went by their false reviews and used photos stolen from legitimate companies.
I don't know how to press charges for robbery or report a fake website. They have all this legal jargon to protect themselves, but what idiot lawyer would do something so disgusting, unless he/she is getting a share of the money they've been stealing from people. There's got to be a way they can be sued for fraud, made to refund every person's money they stole, and repay for the pain and suffering caused by trying to communicate with them. They should be arrested, and their fake website removed.
Maybe Foreign Affairs can help, I don't know. They have no guilty conscience about what they're doing.
They need to be stopped. By the way, I never ordered a fake wig with bangs, so why did they send me one?

They have this fraudulent website, www.aliciawig.com, It's just a front to take your money, and there's legally nothing you can do about it. It's targeted audience is people of color.

Worst product I have ever purchased
It was nothing like the picture when received, and the hair was coming out. I wish I had listened to my instinct and never made this purchase.

The track number is said to be not recognized.
I ordered a wig 2 weeks ago and when I try to track it with the tracking number, it tells me that you don't recognize the number. What kind of crap is this. I want my money back if my order is not found.

I ordered two wigs over two weeks ago and I am still for a "tracking number" and my order. Your automated "chat" is a complete joke. Were is my order and what is the tracking number.
Have not received my purchase of two wigs. I never received a tracking number in order to track my purchase.

These wigs look nothing like the pictures, I bought 2 got 2 free they all look like something a dog had kept in his dog house for months to play with, Alicia wigs decided they needed to scam someone so they took the wigs from the dog and sent them to me, smell and all, PLEASE PLEASE, dont waste your money, this is a total scam

I have requested a refund for my purchase numberous times; going back and forth with some one name "Judy" about the quality of 2 wigs I ordered and they continue to make excuses and will not refund.
I ordered a wig and received a free wig with my purchase on Alicia Wigs.com. After I received the wigs, I say that the quality of both wigs was very poor and the parts in the wigs did not look natural as pictured.
They have no phone number to call and talk to anyone. All they have is an e-mail address where someone can respond to your request. After "Judy" responded to me and I explained to her what was going on and I even sent her pictures. She still tried to make me keep what I do not want.
As of this communication, I am still wanting a refund and I have not received a refund. I even sent the pictures of the wigs that was posted on their site and told them to compare the pictures of the wigs that I received and they still are telling me what I need to do.
The even told them if they would send me the address to return the items, that I would gladly send what I received back to them and they won't send me the address. I told them that they have very poor customer service.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from AliciaWigs because if you receive an item that you don't want, they will not give you a refund. They will keep making excuses and will keep your money. Now when I try and go on the site, all it does is hour glass. I get no response.
