Very Poor Service and never got what was promised
- - Hired Alice Pennington Design in Aug 2022; $30k deposit; promised 3 months; after 14 months and $250k, work not completed and no response.
We hired Alice Pennington Design back in August of 2022 to fully furnish our new downtown condo. The new condo is located at Thompson Hotel in the downtown area of San Antonio, Tx.
After extensive research the wife and I decided to go with Alice Pennington. We went over several furnishings and interior designs and gave her a deposit of $30,000.00 to get started. We were told it would not take more that 3 months to complete our requests so we can planned our move in date for Dec 2022. After 14 months and over $250,000.00 spent with Alice Pennington, she never completed her work and furnishings for our new condo.
The wife and I have emailed and called multiple times and no response. We decided to still move in after a year of waiting for her to finish and with multiple pieces still missing.
For anyone looking to hire Alice Pennington Designs BEWARE. She will be very responsive in the beginning stages and once you start making payments she will never answer and never complete what was promised.
