I tried calling for three days consecutively at all various times during the day morning afternoon after lunch several times in order to get new service and no one ever answered the phone after day one that shouldve been the red flag and then upon reading reviews it all made sense I experience the same as I just mentioned Glad they never answered the phone.

Driver is dangerous Customer service Horrible
- - A truck sped through the neighborhood with screeching brakes.
- - Customer service kept me on hold and hung up.
- - Police were called and a report filed.
If I could give less than one star I would. One of these trucks (and they're Big) sped through our neighborhood, with brakes screeching they turned in front of our house, sped to the next intersection, again.
I called to speak with supervisor was put on hold for more than half an hour. I called again they hung up on me. I called Again and was put on hold for 20 minutes. From other reviews it sounds like their customer service uses the hold button and walks away.
I've called the police and placed a report on this.
Ill do it again every time it happens. You're insane (and irresponsible) if you pay them for service.

Run away from Alhambra
- - They did not call or text before deliveries for empties.
- - There were 20 empties; cancellation is delayed and 6 bottles not credited; avoid this company.
Run away from this horrible company. As of writing this review, on yelp they have 767 reviews with an average of 1.2.
Keep in mind that you cannot give a zero which is what they deserve. by default the lowest you can give is 1 star which means the real rating is 0.2 . This is by far the worst of any company I have ever reviewed and they deserve that honorarium. We had the service for 6 months and every single delivery, we demand that they call or text prior to the delivery so we can open the door and they can take the empties.
Not a single time did the do this although every time they promise to do so. Now we have 20, yes 20 empties and keep in mind every time they dont pick up the empties you are charged a deposit for it. Finally this morning we told them that we have had enough and if they don't contact us today we will cancel the service today. Once again they said this was escalated and we will definitely get a notification but sure enough they did not.
So we call to cancel and they say they cannot pick it us till April (we are in March) and that the 6 bottles delivered today, cannot be credited .
Pure robbery, but we will take this up with the credit company. Anyway, I would advice everyone to avoid this horrible company that could care less about their customers

Pay bill and talk to someone

Im calling two different numbers and it says they dont recognize my number so basically theres not even a life person for me to talk to you. I have to go through all the *** of an automated caller and I keep getting hung up on because I do not have my account number on me which I shouldnt have to. I want to pay my *** bill if its late then you guys are paying it.

Water not being delivered
5-19-25 due to unresolved continuing issue I have close the account after 15 years ....
issue continues with delivery, now in May, delivery was to happen May 5th, delivery has not happened and it is now May 18th, every day you receive an email that your delivery is changed to a different date.
received my water ...after 4th day of no shows.
Been their customer for years, not sure why but water is not being delivered, 3 canceled scheduled deliveries by the truck driver, keep calling, promises tomorrow and now on a 4th day...

Poor customer service
- - I canceled two accounts after missed bottle pickups for my 83-year-old mother.
- - Driver did not show up; the rep was indifferent to the cancellation.
We have 2 accounts. Have asked that my 83 yo mothers bottles be picked up for 2 months and no show by the driver.
I have called 5 times to have these bottles picked up. I called to cancel both of my accounts today and the representative could care less that I was canceling. What happened to keeping your customers happy.
I am in customer service and would try to salvage a relationship with a customer if my company was wrong in any way. Unbelievable.

Service neglect
- - Lost job led to account cancellation and a balance.
- - I'm disabled and need help with bottles on my front steps; pickup is refused due to a balance.
I had to cancel my acct bc of losing job. Im disabled & I had to get help putting empty bottles on front steps.
But now they are refusing to pick these up bc I have a balance.
Being disabled I cannot use my front steps due to the neglect of Alhambra Water Customer Service, which also told me by Kanye, that I could not call & talk to a supervisor bc there would not be one available for at least a week! Im sending this to the federal handicap & disabled association now also!
