I had to cancel my acct bc of losing job. Im disabled & I had to get help putting empty bottles on front steps. But now they are refusing to pick these up bc I have a balance. Being disabled I cannot use my front steps due to the neglect of Alhambra Water Customer Service, which also told me by Kanye, that I could not call & talk to a supervisor bc there would not be one available for at least a week! Im sending this to the federal handicap & disabled association now also!

Failure to deliver water dispenser to replace faulty one for 4 times as promised with no calls. It has over a week and no resolution yet. Was promised by corporate to communicate with me,but non of ir

To report complete disregard of customer's complaint for over a week...replacement for faulty water dispenser not delivered 4 different times as promised; leaving me without the dispenser.

User's recommendation: Patronize competitor for water service. No competitor could be worst than Alhambra water.
