When I asked if they could help me with a refund, they refused. I will never work with a company who can't even allow for one mistake from a first-time customer.

I purchased a drum chart for "Oh Sherrie" by Steve Perry. Completely wrong.
Not one bar was correct. I asked for a refund and they denied me "We understand that mistakes can happen when ordering.
However, per our return policy, we only accept returns in the following instances:
-The product you received is defective or damaged.
-What we shipped does not match what you ordered.
Due to the nature of digital items we are unable to return and refund the items."
Mistakes? The entire chart was incorrect!

I purchased Aaron Shearer Classic Guitar Technique Volume 1 and 2. I input the numeric code inside the front cover of volume 1 which allows access to online audio.
Unfortunantly I made an error while inputting the code.
I tried to re-enter the code and the responce was - this code has been used please select another-. There is no other so I need your help so I can access the online audio.

Cant use online media. No one to ask how.
