Saved my job helping me get a car

Bad credit, car blew up, needed help and 3 dealers turned me away saying they couldn't help. Alfred Automotive had me approved and looking at vehicles within 25 minutes.
I got an awesome low mileage car with a warranty and I truly don't know what I would do without them. I likely would have been unable to get to work and would have lost my job. They came in clutch at a time of need in a hurry, and to top it off I got an affordable deal. I don't feel like I got taken advantage of despite being in dire straits.
They not only helped me, they took care of me. I can't say enough thank you all so much.

Probably Easiest Car purchase

And honest experience here. I asked these guys where I could leave a review and the name of the site had me almost spit my drink out. With a name of a website like this, it's basically only a place for people to go throw shade. Some of the things I've read here have been quite entertaining.
Rest assured, these guys are great and about as straight forward as you could want.
Used cars aren't for everyone, some buyers really just need to lease a new one. But for those who prefer used cars, this is a phenomenal dealer to work with!!

Beware of relief

I just left a 1 star for another dealer who truly treated us like garbage. We were not looking forward to walking into another dealer, but the guys at Alfred really changed our feelings.
This is absolutely a great business!!
It was super fast, they treated us like first-class customers despite some credit challenges, and they really helped us into a vehicle we could afford. The vehicle came with a free warranty, and Alfred the dog is adorable!

Attention: Gary and Dave
We purchased a used Nissan Versa from your dealership, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but trouble. The car has significant issues, including transmission, brake, and idling problems, as well as a malfunctioning heater.
The engine is also vibrating, and the car is unsafe to drive. The check engine light keeps coming on, indicating a potential catalytic converter issue. When we first bought the car, we were informed that the catalytic converter needed replacement, but instead of addressing the issue, the check engine light was merely turned off, and the car was sent to pass emissions. This car has turned out to be a lemon, and we are extremely disappointed with this experience.
We had mechanics inspect the vehicle, and they confirmed all these issues. On 2/20, I personally went to speak with you, and my daughter was allowed to leave with the broken car in snowy conditions, showing a lack of care. The dealership staff walked by us without addressing our concerns. We are seeking a full refund and expect this matter to be resolved today.
If it is not, we will be forced to take further action, including contacting the Attorney Generals office and Consumer Affairs, and posting our experience on social media. We expect to be contacted today, want to return the car, and no longer want any dealings with your dealership. Additionally, we were informed that the six-month warranty advertised on your website did not apply to vehicles under $6,000, which was not explained to my daughter at the time of purchase. We consider this false advertising and expect it to be rectified.
Furthermore, if anything happens to my daughter while driving this unsafe car, we will hold the dealership responsible. Legal action will be pursued if the matter is not resolved immediately.

Gary is a great guy with a great attitude. A few months after our purchase we had some things that needed fixed.
Alfred Automotive paid to have the work done, and even let us borrow one of their cars for a weekend trip while our car was being repaired. We did not expect this and thought we were going to be SOL, but Gary personally made sure we weren't inconvenienced. I understand used cars sometimes break, but Gary's response when it did was above and beyond.
We recently bought another car for our daughter!
It was just as good of an experience this time. We are happy to have found Alfred Automotive and really thank Gary for all he has done for us and my family

No. He has tried to make me settle he continues to sabotage my name on responses to negative reviews he continues to make fake reviews.
He has a violation from DOR and investigation still pending for daughter's car.
He bullies, threatens and if he doesn't stop I will get a protection order. Then he will have to take down slandering responses on Google reviews.
He has kept all of my personal belongings after illegally repoing my vehicle. He paid to have emissions pass. He has lied about payments, odometer, extended warranties, condition of vehicle and the amount he sold the car for. DOR has an open investigation and I have filed a civil suit in Jefferson County.
He continues to report negative reviews and post fake reviews on Google. He has now responded to 2 negative reviews using my full legal name and my daughter's name. My lender dropped both of our loans and he had to buy them back. The vehicle he illegally repoed from my daughter has 2 salvaged titles and he lied to lender about the hail damage on the vehicle by sending in fake photos.
He has harassed, lied, deceived and altered documents. He is nothing but a scam artist.

There is no such thing as a car with "2 salvage titles" once a car is salvaged, its a salvage title forever. However, the car this lady bought was most certainly not salvage, and we can prove it.
This is a lady who defrauded our store, was caught, had her car repossessed, got owned on pretty much every legal level, and then threw a fit, as you see here. I am a small broker and I have no tolerance for this stuff. So whatever. She's quite a horrible person.
We had to do all sorts of private investigations to recover our vehicles from her and her daughter who both just decided they were getting free cars from us. (We got both of them back and are persuing them for all damages). In these investigations, we learned that this person is otherwise known as "Autumn of Aurora", an escort you can find on theotherboard . com.
If you read this crazy lady's review and decide not to come to our store, we honestly feel we are probably better off without you anyway.

Gary was able to get me financed at a great rate (5.99%) with very little nonsense or back and forth. We were at the store for under 2 hours and are very happy with how forthright Gary was when it came to the finance terms and vehicle condition.
This honestly felt like buying a vehicle from a friend. We enjoyed his small brokerage model and found it to be more in line with how we have always thought a car buying experience should go!

This guy didn't buy a car from his. He's the alcoholic father of a girl who did, and he was angry she bought a car without consulting him.
The daughter is happy with her purchase. And has left only a glowing Google review.
We ended up trespassing this guy from our store and the daughter apologized to us for his behavior ... We hope he found the help he needed, truly, but wish the platform would take this false review down!!!
