I brushed it off and said no biggie and never took time to follow up on this matter until now . Only reason why is because I own another ( AM) bag and always took the other skull off when I was using the one that had the missing skull .

I feel like Im treated unfairly because there is no way that my return should have been denied because of something that I didnt do

Wouldn't refund money for classes I paid for during COVID

I paid for classes in March, early March. And she never refunded them. She took the money and knew I got COVID and the whole world shut down and she wouldn't refund them or honor them on zoom.
