Purse issue

Skull lock came off during my travels . I took my bag through security at the airport and didnt realize my skill was missing until it was days later .

I never used my locked key and skull once so it never dawned on me that it was gone .

I brushed it off and said no biggie and never took time to follow up on this matter until now . Only reason why is because I own another ( AM) bag and always took the other skull off when I was using the one that had the missing skull .

I did a return for the tennis shoes that I bought last month for my boyfriend as a gift. With the wrong size was sent to me so I had to send them right back the next day.

But my return was rejected because I am accused of the shoes being worn and they NOBODY never even attempted to put their foot inside of there Because like I said before the wrong size was it so nobody could fit them. I feel like Im treated unfairly because there is no way that my return should have been denied because of something that I didnt do

Did Not received my package

I called Fedex to see where my package was and they stated that it had been delivered and that someone had signed for it although no one was home at the time of delivery. I then reached out to Alexander McQueen and have yet to get an response or fix my issue

Wouldn't refund money for classes I paid for during COVID

I paid for classes in March, early March. And she never refunded them. She took the money and knew I got COVID and the whole world shut down and she wouldn't refund them or honor them on zoom.
