They will yell at u if u have questions for them about your case. They are great at taking your money, great at lying, then let u know at the very last minute u need to submit a payment, then leave withdraw from your case in front of the judge on court dates, so that they can lock u up. U will only speak to actual attorney once, after that, u will deal with his assistant Kim, which gets frustrated and yells because she doesn't know answers to your questions. If they see u r middle or lower class citizens, they take ur case, take ur money, then drop u.
