Ordered a back for a wheelchair. Was sent the wrong item, TWICE. Matter is still not resolved. Still have not received two chargebacks to my credit card. This problem is going on for one month. I have been speaking to one salesperson throughout this whole matter. She has been very pleasant. However I haven't gotten any results. I should correct that, I have gotten results , however they are all wrong results. I guess my next option is to dispute these charges with my credit card company. Stear clear of this company. Nothing but headaches. Will never do business with this company, again.
