I recently purchased an Alec Bradley Medalist. It was not wrapped well, It had what amounted to an elongated hole in the upper third portion which necessitated holding a finger over it to get a draw, it unraveled & did not burn evenly.

I have purchased other Alec Bradley products in the past and did not have any of these problems, are these problems common to the Medalist? Thanks, Jack
