My number is 401 345 **** I really want a call to discuss this. The manager tells me you call corporate & have a nice day or why don't you buy this instead.
No what I wanted was what I complained about. When I tell you the product is bad & why, don't you say wow let me see what I can do & I will get badk to you? She is always in a bad mood or negative walking around with a poor attitude. I go here all the time & you can't ask a question without her looking right at you & paying attention.
She embaarrsed me & I felt like a fool & feel funny to go back now & I am so upset. She could have said I will call corporate for you. Not keep sayi8ng have a nice day & pushing me aside verbally.
It was horrible. She is terrible.

I was just reading the complaints about the attorney James Alderson, and I have to comment on this. I have been a client of his for 2 years now, and i have to say he is an EXCELLENT attorney and no one should be on here saying he is horrible and just after your wallet.
I have 2 cases with him so far and i will continue to use him for my attorney for as long as he is still up here. I have NO complaints against this attorney. What you People don't know is that when he has to continue a case it's because the opposing party, whether it be opposing counsel, or the party with out the attorney doesn't have all their *** together, so then it gets put on Mr. Alderson to go into court and continue it because of the other side.
I has nothing to do with he just wants your money or he dones't have his *** together. I have gotten great results from this attorney. I had another attorney 3 years ago to handle my civil case, a year and a half passed and we still didn't go to court. That's how I came across Mr.Alderson.
I went for a consultation and I hired him. He was very respectful, professional and promised we would be in court with in 3 months and I'll be damned we were. He did a great job and has been. Now he is taking care of my civil and my personal injury.
I would not ever hire anyone else to be my attorney again. You people who have a complaint against him need to grow some balls and say it to his face instead of coming on a *** website and talking ***. That's really lame don't a think??

Please contact the CA State Bar Association and make a complaint against him. 180* 843-****. Do something and make the formal complaint. This attorney has done many things wrong and needs to answer to the CA State Bar. They do want to protect the public against bad lawyers. They need this information from you the victims!!!

I had to make my OWN post about this law office after seeing a compliant from another pissed off client of his! I just have to laugh, this man who calls himself a Lawyer is far from it.
He actually does file continuance after continuance to use up all of your retainer fee so he doesn't have to give you a PENNY back. And to be honest he really does have a hard time returning phone calls. He's pretty worthless if you ask me. I would not recommend this guy to ANYONE!!
Find a real educated Lawyer, one that isn't just after your wallet and one that actually knows the laws!
This James guy isnt worth the feest. What kind of
*** would hire him. Pay your child support and go back to working in the fields where you belong.

I saw two other compliants about the Alderson Law Office and I wanted to share my experiance. I retained him for $5,000 for my divorce and child custody issues.
Serveral weeks later I called his office only to get his bimb-bo office clerks. I left a message to have him call me. He never called me. I stopped at his office SERVERAL times to speak with him and the bimb-bo office clerks stated that Mr.
Alderson is "at lunch" or "he's at court", or "he's on vacation", or "he's out sick today." This guy stole $5,000 from me!
If anyone knows how I can report him or who i report him to.....please let me know!!

From what I have gathered from the many years I have known Mr. Alderson......he's a loser. He's always trying to push the limits with everyone he comes in contact with. He thinks he's above the law.....the law that he's suppose to uphold. It's lawyers like him that ruin America due to their screwed up values. How do you live with yourself Mr. Alderson? Are you proud of what you do?

I beleive this website is to inform others not to use Mr. Alderson as an attorney....not to tell Mr. Alderson what we think of him. Again, it's to warn others about him. Just to let you know, regardless of whether you agree or disagree of people's opinions....it is a person's right to reveal what they have experienced.
