I ordered a set of rings based on the website reviews. I doubt the reviews are legit because when I received my rings, the settings look nothing like the pictures but more akin to cheap little girls jewelry from Walmart.
The website claims shipping w/in a few days but I didnt receive mine for almost a month.
I was able to locate a customer service phone number & when I reached out I was advised of conflicting information.
Initially I was told I couldnt return, until I quoted the return policy directly from the website. (30 days from purchase, but again, I didnt receive in a timely fashion).
Next I was informed they were unable to locate my order, despite my providing the order number/date of order etc.
Lastly I was advised to reach out to their customer service online support via email.
Ive sent 3 emails & received no response whatsoever & now Im well outside the 30 days.
