Incomplete ceiling fan delivered....
purchased a fan that arrived missing installation hardware - no way to contact them & third party vendor (wayfair) could not provide the missing hardware as that fan model was discontinued right after I bought it so it's trash basically

Won't stand behind product
I followed the washing instructions, and my patio cushion covers got destroyed in the wash. There is no way to contact this company to get any kind of resolution.
