Civil theft and abandonment
Hired in October 2023. Nothing done.
They are being sued in Broward and Dade. They are being investigated by state and county agencies. Read the latest 2024 Google reviews. Read their Better Business Bureau profile - F RATING.
If you're a victim, call the police or Sheriff's department to make a report. Call a civil attorney specialized in construction law and sue them. Contact the DBPR in Tallahassee.
They investigate contractors. Do not pay them anything!

Company has failed to install my windows and doors that I signed August 2023
Back in August 2023 I signed a contract with Brandon Thomas of Alco Windows and Doors, a very professional individual which brought the samples of every product they use. I signed the contract with ALCO, but financed through MOMNT with a 2 year no interest.
Since December I've been calling and writing to ALCO and the date of installation keeps changing and the story of the problem as well. Yesterday I finally got a hold of them and the estimated date changed again to end of August (a year after I signed the contract).
I want a full refund but MOMNT can't refund my money because they paid ALCO the day the contract was signed, so they need ALCO to refund the money to them before they can refund me what they have already paid.
On top of that, yesterday I called the Miami Dade Permit office, and they haven't even applied for the permit, which they charged me $1200 for.
So in other words this company has been using peoples moneys for what I believe is their financial problems.
They are not reliable and the warranty they offered me won't be valid if they go out of business which is very probable.
I have messaged Maria Martinez (maria@***.com), Orlando (her manager orlando@***.com), not one reply from him. Yesterday I asked to talk to him again and of course he is not there, asked that he calls me, still waiting.

Please contact the DBPR, your local police, and a construction lawyer. These are agencies that can help you. I'm suing them, among other things.
