I signed a 5-week contract with weekly payments and up front percentage. This company has lied, not shown up, avoided phone calls and text, taken my money and left the job unfinished.
They are unwilling to refund my money and keep dodging the small claims case I've filled against them. I just want my money back so I can find and pay someone else to finish the job.

The company took my money and never completed job
- - Five-week remodeling contract; Week 1 finished back patio, rest unfinished.
- - Refund denied; small-claims filed; they're dodging service and taking jobs.
I’ve tried to work with him but he still want give me my money. Going to court!!!
I signed a contract with this company for a five-week project of remodeling my moms bedroom, bathroom, back patio and removal and replace underpinning. The first week they worked the whole week and finished the back patio.
The second week they came some days late. By the third week they stopped coming. I called and texted. All I received was lies.
In the end they never fully came back, and now I have an unfinished job. I've requested money back which the refuse to refund me. I've put I. Small Claims case with they are continuing to dodge being served.
This company should not be in business. To make matters worse they are still taking jobs and completing them.
