Apparently the product is being shipped from overseas and that explains both the delay in arrival and the unpredictable timing of arrival.

Verified ReviewerAttempting to deceive customers
I assumed based on their lovely online store that they followed normal business practices. Imagine my surprise when they refused to accept a return of unwrapped decorative pillows and referred me to the fine print.
By automatic offer of $50.00 off my next purchase this must occur frequently.
Had they indicated this was a final sale I never would have ordered these pillows and am out over $500 dollars. They clearly seek to deceive their customers.
Preferred solution: Full refund
