Attempting to deceive customers

I assumed based on their lovely online store that they followed normal business practices. Imagine my surprise when they refused to accept a return of unwrapped decorative pillows and referred me to the fine print. By automatic offer of $50.00 off my next purchase this must occur frequently. Had they indicated this was a final sale I never would have ordered these pillows and am out over $500 dollars. They clearly seek to deceive their customers.

User's recommendation: shop their website, purchase items elsewhere.

Hi Pamela, We’re sorry for your frustration but have clear listings of products that are made to order that are final sale. Your pillows were custom made for your order hence a final sale that we list on the product pages and on the return page.
