User's recommendation: Make notes regarding any fruit/ vegetables to be picked up. Hopefully the shopper reads them and looks at approvals and disapprovals and make sure they are all listed.
Called about service problems with my Albertson’s app and things went from bad to worse. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

I would like to state that these allegations are completely false and fabricated.
As an employee of the store, I have always strived to maintain a professional demeanor and have never given any reason for anyone to suspect me of any wrongdoing. It is deeply concerning and distressing to me that [Manager's Name] has fabricated this accusation without any evidence or basis.
I feel that I have been unfairly profiled and targeted and find the accusation particularly disturbing given the current climate surrounding violence.
I am sure you will agree that such accusations can have serious implications and can tarnish a person's reputation and future employment opportunities.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that such unfounded allegations are not made against any employee in the future.
I remain committed to maintaining a professional relationship with all of my colleagues and contributing positively to the success of the store.

My name is Dominic Montelongo and the supervisor is kaylee she is overnights how can you have someone as a supervisor that has ethis and lacks principal someone your supposed to look up too but can lie on someone's character saying she had witnesses the other supervisor that is just like her I will take this higher

UPDATE: I got an email from Albertsons basically saying: the prices on the app are different than the prices in the store. So in other words, we arent like ALL OTHER GROCERY STORES THAT POST THE PRICE IN THEIR APPS???
That price is for those that order through the app for delivery or when you do the pickup from the parking lot??? WTH kind of a response was that?? One that lets me know they dont want shoppers to see the REAL prices so I am fine with that they let me know they dont give a good gosh darn what a customer is treated like or charged, so I am fine spending my money at honorable grocery stores. That will no longer be Albertsons, I have already deleted their trashy app, good riddance.
*****This is the complaint letter I wrote to them after returning home, to which I have had ZERO response, big surprise:
This is the around the third time I have been back to shop at the Albertsons at 201 S.
Stephanie St, Henderson, NV 89012 and so far every time I do it seems prices dont match your ads or today the app. I went in for Ahi Tuna in the seafood case as listed on your app they were supposed to be approx 5 oz for $5.00. What you had the ONLY Ahi tuna you had in said seafood case was the larger ones and I questioned the price. The girls at the counter said this was all they had and Betty took my phone back in the meat department to ask and he told her he thought maybe when my phone number was put in at register it would adjust the pricing.
Long story short instead of costing me approx $20.00 it was $40.14 I showed the cashier (Amber)my phone to which she said she didnt know took that screen off my phone and called for the manager. In the meantime she is trying type in who knows what, I kept saying it was under the SHOP not the DEALS section. The store had 2 check stands open (13:39) line behind me was by backing up, manager had not called register back or bothered coming either. The cashier asked do you want them or not?
Since the entire shopping list of tonights dinner had been planned out, shopped, checked out and waiting like a damned fool again because I fell for it, the old bait and switch that seems to be what you do regularly. Your App has been deleted from my phone like the bad faith business deserves to be. So congratulations but you have screwed me over for the last time.
I will share this final straw with everyone I meet and I will never be back into ANY Albertsons or Vons again. Enjoy your particular shady way of doing business you will just continue to lose business.

I went into Albertsons to get a money order to pay my rent.I was pulling the money from two separate accounts and therefor using two seperate debit cards for the total amount . After I swiped the first card I realized I needed to transfer the second amount from savings to checking.
While I was doing this the woman who was helping me had to step away and told the representative next to her to finish the transaction. She also specifically told her DO NOT void the transaction of the first amount as it wont go immediately back into the account and could take some time. I also requested she not void it for the same reason . The second woman was very arrogant and refused to listen.
She immediately voided it as soon as the first woman walked away. As she had been warned the money was already drawn out of my account and even tho it was voided will now take 5-7 days to return to my account.
I asked the manager for a letter stating what happened and that it was beyond my control due to the representatives error. She started to write it and then all of a sudden ripped it up in front of me and said I am sorry I can not do it she then blamed my bank and questioned me on how my bank worked and why it was that way.I now not only can not pay my rent I have $50 fee ontop of it Ali g with a 5 day eviction notice.I phoned corporate to tell them and the gentlemen that was obviously over seas sounded very disinterested mans mater of fact stating I would get a call back but didnt say when or by whom.
