Last April we went to the silverdale store and had a great experience with Eric Nelson, but our contractor said he could get a better deal at the Tacoma store. The day before delivery we were told the kitchen aid was not available.so we changed to Beko and were promised everything thing was available.the refrigerator December 9 th.

Day before delivery, said it wouldnt be available till December 29 th, now its not available till med January.in the meantime, we bought a whirlpool for the basement. Its dentedand doesnt work. They brought out a replacement. Said hill was too steep to deliver.

The salesman couldnt get a repair till January 8 th.. will not communicate said i was abusive.malarkey..

we live in trailer because our house is 14 months late and this just one more slap in the face this is a business transaction, nothing more. The poor salesmans feelings are hurt.you have the market cornered and we are stuck.your customer setvicer is pathetic.

We gave ourselves a stand-along Viking gas range for our anniversary two years ago. The oven has now quit for the fifth, count 'em, fifth time.

Because it is still under warranty, we are limited to two service companies, neither of which is a ball of fire. The last time it quit, it was right at Thanksgiving and I ended up feeding 15 people with a Weber, a Big Green Egg, and a Traeger pellet smoker.

The dealer where I bought the range, Albert Lea Appliances in Tacoma, was completely indifferent. I intend to see if Washington State's Lemon Law applies to appliances, because I would really like to have my money back.
