Need to cancel withdraws from my account
I dont know how you guys got my information but I dont need this service. So please quit trying to take money out of my account. I have stop payment on it anyway.

The issue continues regardless of the fact they responded it was resolved on my rating given to Google Play. Albert is a costly mistake. Avoid it.
They NEVER state to whom or what the investment is for/towards. "Documents" provided in the app fail to list these investments. Nor do the documents show what they've taken from your bank account. Customer Service is ALWAYS apologetic for the frustration Albert causes but NEVER offer a solution for the chaos they've created.
It's impossible to close an account if there is, what THEY feel, is a balance due. They can NOT and will NOT provide itemized statements. The whole thing is shady at best. Customer Service is completely naive as to where, how, when, why money is taken & have no answers.
They CONSTANTLY want you to sign up for direct deposit which would be INSANE if you budget & need to know where your income is going. Avoid Albert! It'll suck the life out of you then say, "What?
What? That's just what we do.

A follow up to my post: I was told to wait for refunds to my bank and after received I could close my Albert account. I got the refunds today I tried to close my account.
I could not get into the Albert app without first agreeing to "genius" after repeated attempts to get in I finally agreed. I got into the app. My balance was zero. I went on to close my account.
After 4 attempts, each time being told I can NOT close it because a balance was due I went back to the home page to find my balance was changed from zero due to 16.00 due.
I notified my bank and put a stop to any payments to Albert (I'd already reported them for the 2 previous charges on my bank debit card & cancelled my card) with the stop they cannot take funds via ACH. Albert is ripping people off & should be shut down.

Albert took money out of my account
Well without authorization Albert took $14.99 out of my account for something I have no idea for for some genius that I've never used . And now y'all won't even let me in my account

I went to look at my transactions. $179.88 been taken off my card.
I need to file a dispute and get my money back immediately. I wasn't aware of this transaction.
Likewise, I really need that money back on my card to pay my bills immediately. Thank you very much, customer service.

They ignore you and wont help you. I canceled my subscription too many times and they still taking money to the point in checking my bank account. Don't use
