The stroller was wet after the rain, in box was a lot Of water, i need to change stroller or give discount. But if you change me the stroller, i need new box where i need to put this stroller for ship back to you.

I've spoken with I've spoken with your store multiple times with your corporate office in regards to a cybex Lima bouncer that we purchased I've supplied the receipt I spoken with the gentleman by the name of Peter and I believe the warehouse who was supposed to get me the peace and has not replied to me and not call not notified me in any way whatsoever after he told me he would be calling me last week and you did not I'm asking for a refund on our order for the cybex Lima bouncer it has basically been defective and it's cracked right at the mounts for the support beams that mount onto the floor beams so it's a manufacturing error in the plastic it's cracked smoothly along the round joints. Today I'll be filing trustpilot, BB, FTC, whatever complaints I can whatever sites I can that's what I'm dedicating today too. Oh and the consumer protection agency thank you.
