Poor job on my roof

I hired Mr Grullon to install a new roof 2 years ago and now the roof leaks worse than before. I called him a number of times to come out to look at it . He said twice that he would come out and he didn't show up either time. He doesn't answer his phone and he does not return my calls. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau and am waiting for a response from them. Please do not recommend him to even put a roof on a dog house.
