Missing purchase
They are replacing order very nice and extremely helpful. The driver dumped pkg on a curb.
Not the companies fault at all. Everything was handled professionally and customer service was great.

Don't subscribe!!
Do not sign up for Subscriptions!!! If you are a loyal customer who is on the subscription program you WILL NOT get any promotional gifts.
Instead they give you a parsimonious 5% discount, generally well below the value of the promotional gift, and a "free sample" which is a random tube of product about the size of your thumb (as shown in the picture of the products I received today). No customer loyalty - Alastin should be ashamed!

Didn’t get free gift of new neck cream after spending over 450.00 dollars
I made purchase and paid almost $500.00. A few hours later I got an email saying I can get free neck cream with $200.00 purchase. Can I get the free gift with the order I already placed
