So how long have you worked for ADT

This is one of the lamest reviews of a company I've ever seen. Did you even take a half a second to look up the company or read some of the other reviews on them?

They are a top notch company with stellar reviews. There is plenty of credit card fraud in this world, but I can guarantee you Alarm Grid is not in the business of credit card fraud. They are a home security company and a darn good one at that.

You need to do more research on what the issue actually was instead of just flying off the handle and giving reviews about a company that you know nothing about. Horrible review.

Do Not Trust this Alarm Company

It does not seem like anyone else works here besides Sterling, or that this company is even licensed to do business where they do which is very scary. How they get away with performing unlicensed services? The state of Virginia has never heard of them.

Please reply to this if Sterling was the only one you were able to reach when he is awake, and then try calling other more reputable companies and do this test. I found many better choices for home security.

I went with Frontpoint for my alarm monitoring and got a free home security system too. I completely agree, do not get scammed by this one person company. Please do your due diligence.

I've spoken to at least 4 different people at Alarm Grid. It's people like you that should not be using a company like Alarm Grid.

When you work with Alarm Grid you need to have at least a modicum of technical intelligence. They deal mostly with high end security systems, not those over-priced easy to break into systems like Frontpoint. I guarantee you're paying more per month for Frontpoint than you would for a like system from Alarm Grid.

Do some more research, get some technical skills and then decide who is the better security company.

Alarm Grid is a MISTAKE!

All of my dealings with Alarm Grid have been VERY SUSPICIOUS. The reason for my concern, was due to the fact I was unable to get adequate onsite service and technical service. It seemed like I only talked to one person at this company named Sterling Donnelly, who happens to be the president.

I investigated who they claimed to be and after a simple search for them on Google, I found that Alarm Grid is a working out of a residential house which was even more troublesome. During the sign up process, they claimed to be a real alarm company that was licensed under their name to monitor my business. However, as I have researched and found out, they are a group of a few people, that work out of a house in Lighthouse Point. Search for yourself.

I have read what I believe to be fake reviews on this company, and need to educate the public on this SCAM.

Be very careful if you sign up with them. Ask them how long they have been in business, who does their monitoring, their license numbers and how many employees they employ.

It doesn't look like a scam because it is an accredited business registered with BBB. It has an A rating http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/burglar-alarm-systems-dealers-monitoring-and-service/alarm-grid-in-lighthouse-point-fl-9008****

They've got an A+ rating on BBB with ZERO complaints. Why do you think they are a scam?

If you're going to leave *** comments like this at least back it up with some researched data.

People like you should be blocked from leaving comments that have no intrinsic value at all.
