Leaking Cans
Paid $20 for two packs of these drink cans. Got home, opened packs & cans are deformed & half empty but still sealed. Tried to call company numerous times & left message & no one responds.

I have been a loyal customer of Alani Nu for over two years. When I first started with them, everything was great.
Suddenly, their customer service declined. I ordered their Balance Supplement for my minor daughter because it worked for her PCOS. Lately, I've started receiving one bottle instead of the two that I ordered, or my order was delivered late. On this last order, it was delivered 2 weeks late, nonetheless, I immediately returned the entire unopened order.
Alani Nu wants me to use my hard-earned money and order from them again instead of giving me a refund back to my card. They say they only offer store credits. But I don't want any of their other products, I absolutely have no use for it. On top of all that, I asked them to deactivate my account.
So they said they would delete my account in July of 2025, but they are going to keep my money. Alani Nu cares about money, not people. Please, Facebook it to everyone you know.
Stay away from Alani Nu. They don't care about you, they want your money.

My friend bought me a witches brew, and I took one sip and there was a fly in it
I took one sip of the witches' brew and my can had a fly in it. I just wanted to let you guys know that the first sip tasted great, but then I found a fly on my tongue which kind of grossed me out. I usually love your stuff, just one of those days I guess.

I opened my box and took a cam out, and the candle was completely and it wasnt opened and there was *** in the bottom of the can, but no spill in the box

I placed a order online on 6-6-22 and a label was created but my items were Never shipped and it is 6-20-22. Now I’m being told of there is no movement by 6-28-22 to reach back out?
WHAT?!?
So it takes a whole month just to ship?? Customer service is poor is there an actual working number to reach a live person?
