I never received my order
I placed an order on February 24th, 2026. I've been tracking the order. It comes up as 'unfulfilled.' I never get a response from customer service.

This company has got to be a complete joke. I have emailed, I have called, and then no one is there when they answer the phone, and it's just dead silence. This is absolutely insane.

I have been everywhere including some towns in Alabama and Kentucky to find the witches brew and cant find them nowhere !!

I have been a loyal customer of Alani Nu for over two years. When I first started with them, everything was great.
Suddenly, their customer service declined. I ordered their Balance Supplement for my minor daughter because it worked for her PCOS. Lately, I've started receiving one bottle instead of the two that I ordered, or my order was delivered late. On this last order, it was delivered 2 weeks late, nonetheless, I immediately returned the entire unopened order.
Alani Nu wants me to use my hard-earned money and order from them again instead of giving me a refund back to my card. They say they only offer store credits. But I don't want any of their other products, I absolutely have no use for it. On top of all that, I asked them to deactivate my account.
So they said they would delete my account in July of 2025, but they are going to keep my money. Alani Nu cares about money, not people. Please, Facebook it to everyone you know.
Stay away from Alani Nu. They don't care about you, they want your money.
- Website is easy to order from they have reasonable prices and the quantity of their products is worth the money
- If you return a product you will not get your money back they try to force you to order from them they only offer store credits they do not care about people

My friend bought me a witches brew, and I took one sip and there was a fly in it
