5.0 star rating 5/7/2019-NOT A COMPLAINT, I LIKED THEM

I know this firm, they were formed about 9-10 years ago and did an excellent job. I have even seen them take-over cases from other Tax Resolution Firms, one of which I won't mention was being prosecuted and was in the news.

I talked to a few people who used them and they too had very good things to say. They were always available, very responsive, got incredible results and everybody was happy with the experience. Actually, its' quite scary when the IRS or other agencies come after us so having a company like Alana Tax Group stand between us felt like a secure way to proceed as they knew what to ask me in the interview and how to use all that information. Their contract seemed fair, and it was a pain getting records together but I can see how all that is necessary for them to negotiate.

In the case of one of my contractor friends, he owed like around $400,000 and they had him pay a few hundred, Boy was he happy.

I can only say nice things, as you know from other posts I made, I provided AAA Judicial Services for 17 years and am qualified to recommend Alana and her team as my review has shown they are doing a good service for the people who hire them, and doing it at a very competitive rate. I have seen other companies really gouge their clients and leave to get in terrible troubles as they failed to pay the full amount where the Alana Tax Group had a good price and when the Case required a lot of work, they my friend make it in 2 or 3 Payment.
