Alala Style

I purchased an Alala athletic set of trouser and top. Cloth is very poor quality.

It pilled horribly after just one wear!

All these little balls on the fabric everywhere: under the arms, in the trouser seat, in the crotch, even in the front of the top. I had to use the pilling machine to shave the bumps off.

I am trying to send back a tennis dress order # 111858. This is the second email I have sent.

I tried calling and the phone number is disconnected. They are saying I am past the date and I just got it in the mail a few days ago.

Please get back to me or I will call my credit card to not charge me . I am trying to rectify the problem but there is no number to call and no one is answering emails.

Customer service is unacceptable and mailbox is always full. Can't talk to a life person. They make it to difficult for people to give them a good review.

I got an email that my refund is issued but on my Belk account I still have a balance off the refunded amount, where did the refund go?

I bought this for the first time at the Encore hotel in Las Vegas and paid a lot of money for poor quality. After one wearing it had little bumps all over the pants.

Stay away from this company- I think this is a scam organization. I purchased insurance to cover in case of delivery issues mind you, I never received the products that I purchased, then I emailed Alala and asked for a full refund and was promptly denied.

Stay clear. Ill be contacting the bbb and will warn others to avoid!!!

I cant get anyone on the phone and they hardly ever respond to emails and when they do it takes forever!!! My package is lost and I want a full refund back to my original payment!!!

I ordered a few pieces and I did not know I had purchase "insurance" when checking out... However, as we all may know US mail has been little bit weird...My package got lost..

I contacted Alala customer service and was told it was my fault for not purchasing insurance..

So I placed an order online and when I was checking out I did not know i had to check mark "some sort of insurance" thing that will cover your package if lost.

Placed many orders online but never had to purchase insurance. So when I contacted the merchant about lost package I was advised that since I didn't purchase "insurance" the refund could not be made. Please please do not purchase anything from Alalastyle.com..It is not worth the time and ignorance one has to go through.
