Universal Exports in India - Bad Experience - Gemstone Wholesaler
This is a supplier of gemstones and metaphysical products in India. I ordered from them and had major problems with the quality of their products. At least 25 percent of the stuff that they sent me was broken, defective, and unsellable. Some of the products look like kids' craft projects. They have really poor workmanship and a very low level of professionalism. They do accept returns but it costs so much to send the stuff back; since it is very heavy, it ends up not being worth the shipping cost. It's better to order from American wholesalers because you end up getting exactly what you pay for.

We offer excellent quality & have proof of customer from USA that our quality is great, This is a fake complaint againt us, Please provide your company name & address.
As well if anybody is not satisfied with our quality we are always open to customers for a refund/return.
We understand if something is damage during transit that is not a quality problem.

Unfortunately my order of merkaba spinning pendulums arrived with at least half having chipped points and several with fractures within the stones. Poor quality stones, cutting of stones and workmanship. Unfortunate as the very good sales service was completely let down by the products.
