Can't get a hold of a live person to discuss my billing.. I beginning to wonder if this company is a scam. I don't want to text I need to talk to a live individual.

Get me a live individual and I will tell you exactly what I have a problem with.. here we go I made my point now you need a hundred words.. For what I did it in less than 50..

User's recommendation: Allow them to be able to contact customer service with out texting.. show your clients they are very important..

Fix billing.. Explain in person how you rate billing and so forth.. I need to speak to a representative.. point blank...

LTD has been good for me to dal with

I've been doing business with LTD as a consumer for over 10 years now. There has been occasion where I have not been satisfied with a product I've ordered. Upon contacting Customer Service to arrange return or replacement, they've always been apologetic for my displeasure, helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to see I'm satisfied. I've had times when I wanted just a refund and my request was complied with (except for shipping charges) which is standard with my mail order companies in my experience. Thank you LTD for such good service to me.
