No Show
Called Alachua Locksmith this morning. Explained I got locked out of my shed (the only building on my land).
They put me on hold, when they came back on, said it would be about 40 mins. Fine, an 1.5 hours goes by, no show. Called them again only to be told someone was on the way. Another hour later, called again.
We won't be able to come out. 2 hours 40 mins total in the 90 degree hot sun waiting and they can't come. Really poor customer service.
Shouldn't have taken on an appointment you can't keep and never was. Avoid these people, or you may get stuck waiting hours for a no show.
Preferred solution: Nothing from these people would ever satisfy making someone wait in the 90 degree heat for a NO show
